Design, update and development of the information system

- Build, update and develop the mapping of the information systemde l’entreprise.
- Take inventory of existing IT functions (applications and data repositories) and information flows.

- Identify and model the activities, processes and services to be provided.

- Define a target urbanization plan.
- Suggest scenarios for the evolution and simplification of the information system.
Guarantee of the consistency of the information system

- Evaluate the relevance and consistency of the projects in relation to the target architecture and existing systems.

- Highlight if necessary the complexity of the IS and non-rational systems (multiple flows, data redundancies).

- Define functional, application and technical architecture targets.
- Ensure that all IT evolution projects are aligned with the target architecture.
Management of architectural projects

- Participate in the improvement or creation of new applications or services by applying the principles of urbanization adopted.

- Ensure alignment between needs and proposed solutions.
- Update the documentary repositories.
Advice and decision support

- Inform the various actors of the information system (IT department, MOA (application project management) and business departments) and the general management of technological developments.
- Participate in studies to replace existing applications.
Participation in the governance rules of the information system

- Determine the most suitable tools for each functional area and support their implementation and development.

- Set up an architectural governance process to ensure that the solutions implemented comply with the target information system.
- Supervise the developments carried out by the suppliers, in particular on the interfaces between applications.
